Stroud Congregational Church is a friendly Church situated in the town centre of Stroud, in the heart of the Cotswolds.

The morning Sunday Service is very traditional and takes place in the church, which is uniquely situated on the first floor and is accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a stair lift for the less mobile to use.

On the ground floor there are facilities for various activities and functions including a quiet room, a well-appointed kitchen and a large hall. This hall is used after each service when most of the congregation gather for a cup of tea/coffee and biscuits. It is during this time of fellowship that the strong bonds of Christian love are nurtured and developed’

News update.

It has been agreed to hold the 1st and last service each month downstairs in the hall. This enables those who find the stairs difficult, to attend. The last service each month will be a communion service, all services start at 10-30am. All welcome.

Worship services.

It was agreed at the last church meeting to hold the 1st service each month down in the hall, enabling those who find the stairs difficult, to attend. The first service in the hall will be on 6th February at 10-30am. All welcome.

Friendship Club

Are you by yourself? No need to feel lonely as The Friendship Club meet each Tuesday afternoon at 2pm in the hall for a sing song, and a cuppa. A good natter, games and quizzes can be enjoyed. Somewhere to meet with old friends or make new ones.
